Gas : Electric : Water : TV Licence : Broadband

and it also includes MONTHLY CLEANING

in the common parts [you can do your own bedrooms!] 

WHY do I include the utilities?

Arranging your utilities takes time, energy and can lead to housemate hassles over money.

Utility companies do not check your usage and in the past some unsuspecting students have had seriously frightening bills at the end of their University year. Not good!

I have your meters read once a month and compare them to the usage in the other houses; therefore if you are using an uncommonly high amount, I can alert you.

Gas and Electricity is not cheap and there should be a nice balance between the amount used and  keeping toasty-warm in the winter by setting the central heating responsibly.
