I am in my third year and therefore have experienced my fair share of student living and I can honestly say Sue is by far the best Landlord I have ever had. She will respond to problems quickly fixing them on the day or the following day. Her houses are all of the same high quality; I have friends who live in some of her other houses who think as highly of her as I do.

Sue is always there when you need her. If something isn't working, she'll have it fixed within 2 days. She is amazing and my house absolutely love her!

Sue is a fantastic landlord. Because she is a small landlord she has a very personal approach and is extremely friendly. We have been living in one of Sue Michael's houses for 4 years with no one problem. She is fantastic to contact and any issues are resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. She has a great small team working for her who are also very friendly. She can't do enough for you and we are gutted to graduate this year and no longer be living in her house!

Could win every award. Great contact with students, fantastic house, well decorated and looked after. Great help with any households problems or breakages. She loves the job and therefore is the perfect landlady.
