Heartfelt thanks to the entire team especially Mrs. Sonia Browne-Fergusson who was always readily available to answer any questions and provide any advice. She graciously and willingly found answers and accommodated any needs we had pertaining to mum’s funeral. She accompanied the body from our home and she did all in her power to provide a comprehensive and smooth service.

The team exhibited great professionalism from the time they arrived at our mum’s residence to receive our mum’s mortal remains until her committal.

Every aspect of the funeral proceedings from receiving the body, formulating the service proceedings until the committal was dignified and the standard was in keeping with the way our mum lived.

Dear Sonia: Thank you for helping myself and my sister Janice with the process of arranging our grandmother Rita Griffith's funeral. Whether by email and especially by telephone call it was always a relief to have spoken to you, knowing that you had everything in hand that that all would be in order on our arrival in Barbados. We were not disappointed. Your professionalism was exemplary and your kindness was very much appreciated. Mum looked lovely and the 'hat', oh we could not fault it. Once again, its a 'big up' (as the young ones say) to your 'stylist.' Please thank all the staff we met and please apologise for not remembering all their names; the lady who sat in with us at the first meeting, the lady with that lovely head of hair, our funeral director on the day and our limousine driver.
