We chip virgin timber using our own tree shears which grab, cut and then pile the wood, ready to be processed by our crane-fed and self-loading chippers. The removable screens enable us to produce G30 and G50 wood chips in line with your requirements. Our excavators range from 1.5 tonnes to 25 tonnes and all rotate by 360 degrees. The chippings we produce are moved into storage ready to be sold on as biomass fuel.

Our contract wood chipping service can process between 8 and 12 tonnes of wood per hour. The chipping machines can take logs up to 16 inches in diameter; however, we also have wood crackers and cone splitters which enable us to cut the wood down to size. All operatives hold CSCS cards and are fully trained in the operation of our equipment which includes hook loaders and tractor trailer forwarders.
