A fully equipped professional gym located in Orford, Warrington.

The gym is intended to compliment  and improve  fitness aimed all levels starting with individuals looking for general fitness through to elite athletes.

Gym Area

Demon Gym has a16 ft. boxing ring, cage wall and padded floor and walls with a pulley system for bags so all the floor space can be used for classes; there is also a speed-ball and uppercut bag.

Weights room

This room has a 10m rig with Olympic weights and bumper plates, 2.5kg to 50kg dumbbells and 4kg to 40kg kettle bells, sand bags, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, medicine balls, log press with all plate loaded machines including leg press, power runner, shoulder press, shrug machine, biceps and triceps machine, neck machine and outdoor conditioning equipment including battle ropes, sleds, wheelbarrow, tyres, hurdles, ploy boxes and much more.

Outdoor Conditioning

A self enclosed cardio and strength area ideal for , improved agility, greater explosive power, and overall strength. The outside courtyard has the following equipment

• Tyre exercise
• Sledge Pull and Push
• Battle ropes,
• Farmer walkers, 
• Hurdles
• Plyo Boxes

Free Induction

All new starters are welcomed and  will experience from our initial induction to the equipment and the gym area

Private and Group Lessons

There is a host of individual lessons aimed at improvement and fitness across all sports. If you have a group of friends who would like a specific tailored training programme we can accommodate offering individual focussed exercise.
