I recently used Property Care for a full ground floor damp course in a property over 150 years old. The tenant at the property was elderly and I was extremely concerned about any distress caused to her during the work. Although she did move out during the work Andy and his team were given the trust of entering and leaving the property during the time of the works. Having experienced many contractors over many years, I can not speak too highly of Andy and the manner in which the work was carried out. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they had to work around furniture and personal belongings. On completion of the work, the site was left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed from site. I am a very satisfied customer and would use Property Care for future work and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you Andy, Becky and the team for your enthusiasm to do the job properly causing as little inconvenience to my tenant as possible.

We needed to have a Damp report done on a property we were wanting to purchase back in September, and Andy was very helpful in promptly carrying this out for us. He met us at the property, and went round the whole house to thoroughly check for damp, and brought his own ladders and dust suit for inspecting the loft as well. He quoted us a reasonable price for the damp proof course, but we haven't had it done yet, due to the timing of actually moving in being close to Christmas. Would definitely recommend.
