Straight from the initial contact via phone with Andy, right up until the van pulled away from the house we experienced first class service from Andy Becky and the rest of the team.

I had damp in two Kitchen walls , the survey was carried out promptly and identified what work was required. A quote was prepared and presented with great professionalism highlighting the work to be carried out .

Andy's team arrived on time on the agreed date and completed the work required in the day. They cleaned up as they went along and the work was in my opinion carried out to a high standard.

Andy and his team did a fanatic job in building a new staircase to the loft, they knocked out a internal wall, then replastered and put everything back together. The lads were very professional, on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards (although there wasn't that much mess considering) we are really happy with work Property Care did and will be using them again, can't recommend them enough!

I had bought my first home and it needed quite a lot doing to it damp proofing, plastering and electrical work within a tight budget. Andy came down to give me a quote very reasonable price and excellent advice, he even came to do the quote with his daughter recognising I am a young women myself and it was reasuring. Andy regularly updated me on the progress. I am delighted with the works carried out. Great job, nice people, nice family run business, very helpful and good price I would definitely recommend them.

I rang Property Care as I needed some plastering doing in one of our bedrooms where the plaster had started to come off the wall. They came and give us a very competitive quote and could do it within the next few days which was perfect for us as we needed it doing asap.

They arrived on time, were very friendly and did a very good job, Leaving everywhere clean and tidy. We were extremely happy with the work they had done, that we got them back a few days later to plaster over some artex we had in our hall/stairs. Again, they did an excellent job and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Would recommend to anyone, and would also have them back in a flash if we needed any other work completing!

From the first initial enquiry through to the job being complete was a good experience. The quote was cheaper than other companies and I don't necessarily go for the cheapest quotes but I felt at ease with Andy and he seemed very confident in what jobs needed to be done to sort out the damp in my home.

The work was carried out on dates I chose and all the team were fantastic, polite people who got their jobs done quickly and efficiently with little/no mess left.

I recently rang for a quote for some damp proofing. Andy came out within a couple of hours of me ringing, and was very friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and genuine, and gave me a variety of different options, to suit a range of budgets. He emailed a written quotation within 24 hours. I recently used Property Care for a full ground floor damp course in a property over 150 years old. The tenant at the property was elderly and I was extremely concerned about any distress caused to her during the work. Although she did move out during the work Andy and his team were given the trust of entering and leaving the property during the time of the works. Having experienced many contractors over many years, I can not speak too highly of Andy and the manner in which the work was carried out. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they had to work around furniture and personal belongings. On completion of the work, the site was left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed from site. I am a very satisfied customer and would use Property Care for future work and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you Andy, Becky and the team for your enthusiasm to do the job properly causing as little inconvenience to my tenant as possible.

We needed to have a Damp report done on a property we were wanting to purchase back in September, and Andy was very helpful in promptly carrying this out for us. He met us at the property, and went round the whole house to thoroughly check for damp, and brought his own ladders and dust suit for inspecting the loft as well. He quoted us a reasonable price for the damp proof course, but we haven't had it done yet, due to the timing of actually moving in being close to Christmas. Would definitely recommend.
