GALVANISED STEEL PANEL

We provide an extensive range of hot dip galvanised panels for the construction of kennel and cattery runs for commercial and domestic use.

These panels are suitable for inside or outside use and there's no maintenance factor.

All panels are manufactured by ourselves - this means that any special sizes or individual requirements can be catered for if our stock sizes don't fit your needs.

CHATSWORTH KENNELS

The Chatsworth kennels are a revolutionary concept in kenneling. This range of kennels was designed and built by ourselves to give you a long-lasting, clean and maintenance-free kennel. Using the latest technology and our experience, we believe this to be the ultimate kennel system. The kennels are made from a 25mm x 25mm steel box section with either a 50mm x 50mm mesh infill, or a 10mm solid bar to the run part of the kennel. This is then hot dip galvanised to BS 729. The real housing part of the kennel is then covered with plastic; the roof is covered with a plastic coated steel profile sheet. The Chatsworth kennels have been designed to prevent chewing - all corners and edges have been covered or backed in steel.

The use of plastic sheeting in the housing area is a major advantage over traditional timber, because the plastic does not rot or absorb smells and will not harbour any disease or infections. The kennel box has a lift up lid to make cleaning easier. The floor in the box is again made of plastic and is mounted approximately 50mm above the ground to prevent cold striking upwards. The whole kennel unit is mounted on adjustable feet to allow for a slope to be put on the base.

BLENHEIM

This compact kennel has been designed to the same specifications as the Chatsworth kennels:- (Length 1.2m / Width 1.2m / Height 1.8m) and is available in both mesh and bar.

THE BOWLAND RANGE

The Bowland kennel is one large kennel designed for kenneling several dogs together. Built on the design of the Chatsworth 2, the dividing panel has been removed and the sleeping box made larger.

KENNEL BLOCKS

These kennels are made to the same format as the Chatsworth kennel, except they have a pitched roof.

This type of kennel can be fitted with a covered walkway and safety corridor if necessary.

We provide kennels and catteries to meet with current boarding kennel and cattery regulations.

Free-standing Kennel Boxes

Our internal kennel boxes are designed to be used inside a building and feature a lift-up lid for ease of cleaning. They are made from polyprop plastic and galvanised steel. These boxes are made to last, maintenance-free, chew proof and easy to clean.

External Kennel Box

This kennel box is designed to stand outside. Complete with sliding hatch and access door for cleaning, the kenel box is made from polyprop plastic and galvanised steel; it's totally maintenance-free, chew proof and easy to clean!
