I qualified through the prestigious TeachFirst programme, which selects outstanding graduates to complete their PGCE whilst learning their trade on the job. I have been teaching maths for two years and therefore use the most up to date teaching strategies and theories. I was awarded "outstanding" teacher status by both my school and University teaching tutors. 

Tutoring Approach: I use a QLA (question level analysis) technique to assess my students and thereafter will create an individually tailored learning plan for them. My resources/sessions are interactive and engaging with a focus on crucial exam technique. I will provide and mark homework weekly, enabling me to even more accurately tailor each lesson.
