PRICES

The prices quoted are for the hire of the vehicle for the trip as discussed. The price is confirmed once exact details of the journey are agreed. If any changes to the booked journey are made on the day, at the start or during the agreed times extra charges may apply. To discuss requirements or to arrange a viewing of any of the vehicles please telephone and we will be happy to help.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

A deposit of £60 is required at time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

PAYMENT

Full payment of the outstanding balance is due 1 week before the date of travel. Payment to the driver on the day is only acceptable with prior agreement with management.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be notified in either writing, by E-mail or in person. Deposits will not be refunded but any monies above and beyond that will be refunded with the condition it is cancelled with more than 7 days remaining before the date of travel.

BREAKDOWNS

We keep our vehicles well maintained, so a break down is highly unlikely but in the unfortunate event we will make the necessary arrangements to supply a replacement vehicle. If we cannot supply the vehicle a full refund would be given on all monies given. This will be the limit to our liability.

PUNCTUALITY

We will make every effort to arrive and depart at the agreed times. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as road traffic or adverse weather. If you are aware of any such problems we need to be informed at the earliest possible time.

IN GENERAL

We maintain public liability and third party liability insurance cover for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Any other damage or loss (direct, indirect or consequential and including stress, disappointment or inconvenience) under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the amount you have paid us. All damages to our vehicles including but not limited to seats and windows will be charged to you as long as identified at the time and during your booked travel and caused by your travelling party.
