Quality management policy

It is the policy of RC M&E Building Services to provide a quality service to its clients by the implementation and continuous development of our management system.

It is the responsibility of every employee to operate within the company Management System and to report every possible opportunity to improve the manner in which the system achieves its objectives.

Strict adherence to the objectives, policy and procedures contained in the quality manual is fundamental to all work carried out by the company and to its continued success in the industry.

Quality objectives

The nature of our client base demands that emphasis is placed on the provision of management experience, expertise, capability and reliability in order to consistently achieve the quality standards specified and expected.

The objectives of RC Building Services are therefore to:

• Continuously seek to improve the service available to our clients by a planned systematic approach to the identification and solution of quality problems if and when they arise.
• Utilise the Business Management System to eliminate the occurrence of defects through a proactive approach to the prediction and solution of quality problems before they arise.
• Achieve the specified requirements in the most cost-effective manner.

Health & safety

Our health and safety policy, procedures and standards are produced, implemented, monitored, audited, and regularly reviewed to ensure compliance with the legal duties imposed by the Health and Safety at Work Act, along with relevant health and safety regulations made under the act.

Our project health and safety plans include details of how we will reduce and manage risks to members of the public and others who may be affected by our activities. A proactive approach to raise awareness of the safety risks associated with our installations is taken whenever possible by involving all neighbours and stakeholders.

RC M&E Building Services Ltd is working towards BS OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation for its occupational health and safety management system and retains an independent health and safety consultant.
