After some searching for a decent plumber we heard of Stephen of SRC. We needed a Rayburn taken out and a new Boiler fitted. We'd had problems with various local plumbers not getting back to us with quotes or understanding our requirements.

Stephen turned up the day after being called assessed what we needed in minutes (compared to the hours others had taken) and emailed a keen quote to us within the week. We had to delay the job for a few months, but when we were ready so was Stephen and he did a fantastic job. We've also had him back to do other work since. Nothing seems too much for him and he is very knowledgeable, yet not afraid to ask others for advice or go and research a problem to get the right answer.
He's really conscientious and does a very neat job. He is always friendly & courteous, turns up on time and when he says he will. I couldn't ask for more, yet I recently learnt he does offer more by doing tiling, aqua panel and various other jobs - meaning you only need one man to fit your bathroom or whatever. He also does solar heating too! He lives up to his comment on his website, "we are not finished with a job until you are completely satisfied."
I highly recommend SRC! You won't be let down.

Stephen has done a few jobs for us now at The Moorfield House Hotel in Braemar.
Fitting a new bathroom in one guest room and replacing shower units in the others, he has done an excellent job and we would highly recommend him.

Having had a number of heating and boiler issues, Stephen has been excellent. He has been prompt, hard working, reliable and gone the extra mile. The new boiler arrived at 6.30pm and he fitted it that night, working until 10pm. I recommend SRC Plumbing to anyone in the Ballater and Deeside area, in fact anyone wherever you are. Great job and all the best for the new business. First rate.

Stephen really does give a 5 star service, hence my rating He carried out works on our bathroom and heating system and at all times he was very professional and polite. His work and the finished result are brilliant and we have since asked him to do more works within our house. 100% trustworthy, turns up when he says and has a great attitude to his work. People like Stephen are very hard to find in Aberdeenshire, and I for one am delighted to have found him and no doubt he will be back to do more for us soon!
