Wet Rooms
When it comes to bathrooms you may have heard the term "wet room" used. It is a style of bathroom that has increased in popularity in recent times. A wet room is effectively a sealed bathroom, walls and floors are "tanked" (sealed with waterproof boarding or layers of matting) which stops the water from seeping out. Ideal for those whose movement is restricted, such as the elderly or disabled. There is no need for a shower tray, making access to the shower much easier. Wet rooms can also improve the quality and value of your property as well as improving your space usage.
One of the biggest advantages of installing a wet room is the ease at which it can be cleaned.
