Villa Caruso - A spacious, fully equipped holiday villa in Southern Italy
If you fancy a holiday in unspoilt Southern Italy (Puglia Region), we can offer a 3 bedroom semi-rural Trulli/Villa with a small pool and climate system, set in an acre of land, only 2 miles from the historic centre of Ostuni (La Citta Bianca).
The villa sleeps 6 people (1 large double/twin, 1 en-suite double and 1 adult size bunk bed room), The Adriatic Coast with its lovely sandy beaches is only a 15 min drive away.
The nearest Airports are Brindisi (1/2 hours' drive) and Bari (1 hour drive). EasyJet, RyanAir and AirItalia serve both.
The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ and pizza oven, but you can of course choose to eat out in one of the numerous eating places in the nearby towns, or along the coast. The villa has an elevated balcony, a sundowner gazebo, and a roof terrace, with far-reaching views. The Villa is well equipped, incl. digital Freeview, DVD player, music system, washing machine, small dishwasher as well as an Italian coffee maker for that delicious Italian cup of Cappucino.
We provide, free of charge, a sat nav with points of interest, the best ice cream shop, the best beaches, the hospital etc. etc.
The weekly rental rate is £450 for all months, except July and August when the weekly rental is £590. A final cleaning charge of £60 is levied on all hires, together with a refundable £40 breakage deposit. A 50% deposit is due with your booking, and the balance 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
