I learnt to drive and passed first time with Bob Rice and have recommended him to friends, including those who have had unpleasant experiences with other instructors. I was very nervous of learning to drive, but Bob was very clam and patient and was happy to take extra time over elements that I had concerns over. Bob was very pleasant to learn with and prepared me not only for my driving test but also to be a confident driver after I passed.
I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

Having moved up to Yorkshire from London I realised driving was going to be a necessity but it is not so easy to start learning when you are the wrong side of 50! Bob was great with endless patience (I couldn't remember my reference points from one lesson to the next) and he never made me feel I was being stupid (which I was on many occasions) It is thanks to him I passed first time and despite the initial nerves I am now really enjoying driving. Highly recommended.
