This project consisted of a loft conversion, rear extension, significant re-modeling and a complete refurbishment from top to bottom. Including new plumbing, electrics, fitted wardrobes and furniture. Being in a conservation area, exterior changes were minimized but the interior was given a modern facelift while maintaining some original features.
Due to an excessive amount of rotten timber, this house was stripped back to the bare bones, leaving only the original façade and two party walls untouched. All floors and walls were completely removed, before the property was completely re-modeled and extended both in the loft and to the rear of the building.
This fantastic Grade 2 listed penthouse, benefited from a complete renovation, including moving and re-designing the kitchen space, new bathroom and bespoke storage solutions. Fitted furniture including a concealed double bed, bookshelves, boiler and utility cupboards helped to give the second bedroom multiple uses.
The owner of this property opted for a complete refurbishment of this two bedroom apartment in a more contemporary style. Sympathetically contrasting original features with dark Walnut and black gloss bespoke fitted furniture and cabinetry, helped to bring it up to date while maintaining its period charm.
This small one bedroom ground floor property was given a complete re-modeling that required the entire flat to be stripped back to brickwork and all floors and ceilings removed.
As well as increasing it’s soundproofing and significantly upgrading the thermal performance of the property, it was then able to benefit from large bi-folding doors and a large flush timber deck to the rear, creating a fantastic entertaining area.
