In February 2011, my husband and I inherited a property which needed complete renovation throughout. Amongst other builders, Jeff Ferguson came recommended and after meeting up with him and discussing what was needed, I felt Jeff was the correct person to hire. Jeff showed confidence in his approach to the project and communicated with us throughout the build. He was professional at all times and contributed to decisions that needed to be made in areas we were not experienced. Jeff provided us with his knowledge and contacts of local suppliers which helped us tremendously with keeping the costs of supplies at a competitive rate. The work that was undertaken by Jeff and his sub contractors involved 2 extensions to the bungalow –laying of the foundations, bricklaying, ground work, installing new drains, boarding and plastering, roofing and insulation, plumbing and electrics all carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Jeffrey has been employed by Flintshire County Council for a twelve month period. During his employment, Jeffrey has undertaken numerous types of building work on the Authority's own stock. Jeffrey's attitude to his work is unquestionable and his time keeping is impeccable. He has also demonstrated that he can work unsupervised and his workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard and I have personally received good feedback from our tenants on the work that he has completed. I would recommend Jeffrey to any potential employer and he would be a valued asset.

Recently Jeff Ferguson has helped me to transformed my garden, He was asked to move big iron doors and replace them six feet forward and then build a wall so that the doors fitted. I found Jeff to be most helpful prompt and very polite nothing was to much trouble, he also took down the remainder of my garage down for me which wasn't part of the job but he did it anyway to save me doing it, I was very grateful, I found his prices where very reasonable and value for money I would certainly recomend Jeff to anyone very professional at his job, thanks Jeff
