Schools
In addition to our commercial work, in recent years we have seen an increase in commissions from schools. We have delivered refurbishment projects at numerous schools throughout London and the South East.
Whilst many projects are carried out during the school holidays, we are also able to work during term-time. We have staff and sub-contractors who are DBS (formerly CRB) checked for your peace of mind. We can work during or outside teaching hours as required, carrying out planned maintenance or emergency repairs. We appreciate that schools have very limited time available and so we offer a 24 hour service, if required. We undertake complete refurbishment projects. Our work ranges from toilet upgrades to the design and building of new walls and creating additional classrooms/offices/storage areas. We undertake the whole project from building to laying of flooring, saving you the worry of organising individual trades.
Our services include joinery and carpentry, maintenance, painting and decorating and jet washing. Our jet washing team can thoroughly clean playground equipment and cushion flooring. Following the deep clean process, all areas are rinsed with a powerful antibacterial cleanser, leaving you with a sterilised, hygienic environment. Other work carried out includes lighting, plumbing, carpentry and vinyl/sheet flooring installation.
If you feel your school could benefit from a little extra space, we can also prepare pads, electrical supplies and drainage for the connection of portable classrooms. Our team can help you source classroom units; we have also clad many of these units in timber!
