Using high performance, industry standard machinery, we are able to design and manufacture plastic injection moulds in P20, aluminium or fully hardened steel. Our facilities allow us to create products up to 1.5 tonnes in weight. We are equally happy to undertake tool and mould repairs or modifications.
We have a modern, fully equipped facility with the following plant machinery:
XYZ 1010 Machining Centre: 20 station tool changer, HSM software
Travel limits: X- 1010mm, Y- 550mm, Z 550mm
Ona Prima E400: 4 axis wire eroder
Travel limits: X - 600mm, Y- 400mm, Z- 400mm
These machines are networked or DNC linked to a cam system, allowing for more complex machining operations.
