Exciting times ahead for CRM Logistics, we have outgrown our current Rochester premises after eight years and are planning to move this year.
The last 12 months have been exceptional, we reached a record turnover, working with some exciting SME’s, developing existing business and the signing of an exclusive 5 year contract with a well-established toiletries and cosmetic company for their supply chain management and fulfilment.
Our move is into a new 60,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose logistic facility, we have invested heavily in the infrastructure and systems and have further investment plans, so we will be well placed to accommodate the needs of our e-commerce clients. Planning has already started, including the provision for cold storage facilities for our growing base of pharmaceutical clients, and we should be ready to receive goods from April 2017.
Our team has also grown to match demand, we’ve increased the size of the office to 18 employees, with a further 5 starting in the new year, and we are still recruiting, looking out for experienced people to join our growing business.
The new site is located nearby, watch out for the announcement; all we can say for now is that it is well placed for the M20 and access to all the major UK transport networks.
