One of the leading names in global finance and investment, required an office relocation of their Dublin headquarters, to take place outside working hours.

This was an IT logistics job requiring specialist knowledge, the CRM Logistics team were able to use their experience to dismantle, carefully pack, move and reassemble monitors, PCs and electronic equipment with minimal disruption to the banks business.

The plan was to move 180 workstations over two consecutive nights, with the team starting late evening after office hours and into the early hours of the following morning. The office was set up and readied for business, all obsolete IT equipment, packaging and materials were removed and disposed of securely.

By working with CRM Logistics the firm was able to get all of its equipment relocated without having to worry about hardware integrity or data security. This enabled the customer to go about its business with the knowledge that a seamless transition would be taking place without any loss to business or service.
