Meeting Facilities in Barmouth

We are pleased to announce that we can provide a conference venue for up to 80 people and can provide all the support for a successful event at the hotel. We have 14 rooms of which most can be twinned to enable your delegates to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep in order for them to be refreshed and ready for a day's work.

We offer delegate packages to suit your budget and can provide a 24-hour rate as well as day delegate packages to suit.

We are ideally situated on the main train line from Birmingham and placed almost in the centre of Wales for any North/South conferences.

There is plenty of room and our garden lounge has a range of set ups and we can provide flip charts, pens, a projector and laptop in order to make your presentation run smoothly. 

We are able to accept presentations beforehand and load them to the laptop ready for speakers to arrive and walk straight into the presentation.

There is ample free parking. 

Conference package - includes free parking - use of the function room, IT equipment, flip charts and pens, complimentary bottled water on the tables, a buffet lunch and two refreshment breaks. There is also exhibition space in the main function room. 

Meeting/Training package - includes free parking - use of the function room, IT equipment, flip charts and pens, complimentary bottled water on the tables, a two-course lunch and two refreshment breaks.

Working lunch package - includes free parking - use of the function room, IT equipment, flip charts and pens, complimentary bottled water on the tables, a selection of sandwiches and crisps, and some fruit and cake served in the meeting room with two refreshment breaks also set up in the meeting room.

This is the ideal place to set up training courses and meetings as we are in a fantastic location and there is plenty of outdoor space to refresh between sessions, providing the perfect balance between work and relaxation.

All the above packages can be teamed with our exclusive room rates to create a package to enhance any learning experience or meeting. We also have tables outside and a spacious lounge to provide the much-needed breakout spaces for group working. 

Motor Events

Being just outside the town of Barmouth, we offer a fantastic balance of a fun destination without the worry of parking in a busy town. We have a large free car park and are able to offer a package for anyone wanting to hold a motor club meet up.

The hotel owner has a keen interest in vintage cars and loves to see them parked in the car park - it does provide a great photo opportunity!
