The tennis courts have, alas, long gone but the gardens still provide a pretty wilderness to enjoy during the lazy hot days of the Welsh summer.

The owner bought the hotel because he fell in love with the building and could see the beauty in the design and architecture. He had a vision of combining the traditional look of the building with modern, light decor.

The hotel has its features on show. Stripped floors and white walls abound to provide a modern, yet comfortable feel in the spacious lounge and the beautiful stone walled restaurant.
