Demon Gym, in Warrington has a 16 ft. boxing ring, cage wall and padded floor and walls with a pulley system for bags so all the floor space can be used for fitness classes; there is also a speed-ball and uppercut bag.

This room has a 10m rig with Olympic weights and bumper plates, 2.5kg to 50kg dumbbells and 4kg to 40kg kettle bells, sand bags, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, medicine balls, log press with all plate loaded machines including leg press, power runner, shoulder press, shrug machine, biceps and triceps machine, neck machine and outdoor conditioning equipment including battle ropes, sleds, wheelbarrow, tyres, hurdles, ploy boxes and much more.
