Any offer made is without any cost or obligation to you. We do NOT charge you for surveys or handling fees like many companies do.
Once you have decided to sell your property to us, we will call round and talk you through the paperwork and arrange for copies to be sent to your solicitor. If you don't have one, we will help you to appoint one. Completion usually takes 4-5 weeks.
If we don't think that selling to us is your best course of action, then we will tell you so. We will then simply let you know what your options are and help you as a friend would, without prejudice.
