Taking a person-centred approach, we encourage everyone to get involved with the running of the house to whatever extent they are comfortable. For example, if they have an interest in food, we invite them to assist with menu planning, or they may be more inclined to help decorate the communal areas. We operate an inclusive service which ensures that everyone living at the Eadmund is involved in the running and management of the service itself.

Continually looking to shape, monitor and evaluate the service, we carry out both formal and informal checks to ensure everyone is receiving the best possible care. We are committed to working in close partnership and ensuring that individuals benefit from the desired outcomes.
